Your website is not exactly user friendly. I went to one of your stores last week to activate my decoder, but the Q was long ans slow, so I opted to try activating online... Ya right, you cant activate online, or If you can, I did not find the option... and even using the search engine did not help any... Well, I wasted my time and energy, but al least not my money... top TV was on in a jiffy... no problem there... You should maybe try that sometime.
