When i went to nu metro on the 28 November 2013, the debit card machine did not see my purchase but it reflected on my bank account i received an sms. i showed the manger on duty and they said the procedure is that i will have to swipe again and then send a bank statement to show that it went off on my bank account and then it will be returned. I then sent the bank statement through on the 23 December 2013. i gave them another call on the 08 January 2014. Today is the 14 January 2014 and i had to phone nu metro to confirm that my request has been sent through. they told me it would take 5 working days, and today is the fifth day and the reversal was not done. i find the service appalling and i would like compensation for all the calls i have made to head-office and the v&a waterfront branch ensure that the staff of nu metro have done there work properly. i expect a call or email from nu metro within 48 hours regarding this matter.
