VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a fridge Cash on 23 February 2013 at Metro Home Centre on the 29 March 2013 which was easter Friday, so i reported the matter to Mr Lucky Maboea on the 30th March by telephone and by email. On Wednesday the 4 April 2013 i called Metro to enquire about the status of my complaint and when the technicians will come out and repair my fridge, to my suprise I found out the call was never logged by Metro to kelvinator. So the called was only logged on the 4 Apri 2013. A person by the name of Subhash told me that that my email was never received by metro and I told him so why didnt Lucky who knew about this problem, why he didt call me??? So the call weas logged on the 4 April i call Kelvinator to find out about the job number kelvinator told me there is no such job number then on Friday a new job number was created i waited for three days before a technician came out on Wednesday and still the fridge could not be fixed now im waiting for a credit note to be done to get a new fridge. All this time passed and no one is interested or worried of me being INCONVENIENCED. i will never buy from metro or kelvinator again and i will discourage people from buying there
