I went to the movies today, Nu Metro Menly to watch a movie using the Wacky Wednesday special of R28 per ticket.
But the system said I had already used my tickets for the day. I had not been to the movies so I asked man to try again. But it gave the same error message. He told me to call the number on the card - 0800332550
1. The first lady said it had nothing to do with them and that I should call Nu metro. I said I was at Nu Metro and they told me to call her. She put me through to someone in IT
2. The second lady listened and told me that the manager from Nu metro must call them and deal with it on my behalf.
So I hung up the phone and asked for the manager, explained my story again and she tried calling, but the fanatics call center did not help her either. After 20 minutes I used my clicks club card and paid R33 per ticket because we didn't want to miss the movie.
Please explain why my card did not work and either send me a replacement card that will work in future or fix my card. All my details are correct on your system and I did not go and watch ANY movies using this card today. Please see my fanatics card number below.
