Bad service for damaged goods

I Bought a dishwasher from Metro on the 28th of February I took the dishwasher to my mom in Rustenburg and the Saturday we connected the dishwasher just to find out that it is not working. We tried phoning Metro that day but no answer. My mom phoned the Monday the 4th of March and spoke to Robyn and he said they can't send someone out because they don't go to Rustenburg eventually they agreed to send someone out. the Tuesday came and the Tuesday went and nobody phoned to make an appointment. My mom phoned again and spoke to robyn and he said they will phone to make an appointment nobody phoned. I phoned on Thursday and spoke to Robyn my mom spoke to Lucky the manager but still till today 11/03/2013 no response. They have a 7 day rule that if the machine does not work you get a new one this is now the 11th day and there wasn't anyone that made any effort to get back to us! I spoke to robin again today 11/03/2013.My mom was promised by Lucky that they will come out on the 09/03/2013 but still nothing happned. But they are very keen to sell you something!!! This is the worst service ever!!! I will not recommend metro to anybody again
