I bought a 51" SAMSUNG PLASMA TV from METRO and as it is within 6 monhs of purchase, i took it back to the Shop (Metro PTA Madiba Street) as it was no more switching on. As per Consumer Act "Implied warranty of quality", subsection 2 of Section 56, under my direction, Metro is suppose to replace the TV but instead, they refused, insisting that they are going to repair it
Now I am sitting with a BIG wall infront of me, everyday in the house as METRO failed to practice the Law of Consumer Protection Act
Please help!
