I've been experiencing numerous problems with above-mentioned account since December 2013.

On the 29/12/2013 the amount of R400.00 were paid to the above-mentioned account.
On the 02nd January 2014 my service were disconnected, due to non-payment? Proof of payment was produced at the DSTV branch on the same date at Wonder Park Mall - Pretoria North. A copy was faxed / e-mailed by your agent to [Email Removed] with the request to allocate payment & correct the account.

Since the proof of payment was produced and faxed to "payments", my service has been disconnected 6 x times in total. Each time re-connection fees being added to my account. According to one of your agents at the Call Centre, the R400.00 were allocated incorrectly to my account & reversed to another account?

Every day I have to call Multichoice's Call Centre at my cost. Be on the phone for 15 - 20 minutes, and costing me a fortune for not being at fault. Every day the account has been "sorted" according to the Call Centre, only to be disconnected the following day.

I request immediate assistance, connection to DSTV service & correction of my account and an updated statement to be e-mailed to me.
