My husband received an email from Nu metro stating that a movie voucher would be loaded onto his Nu metro fanatics card for his birthday which was on 25 April. When he tried to redeem it at Nu metro cinema within the 30 day time period, he was told that it was not loaded onto the card. I contacted the fanatics info phone number that is printed on the back of the card, the Nu metro head office and I emailed both fanatics and Nu metro and have still not got any feedback. Why bother having customer service phone numbers and email addresses if you are not prepared to provide any customer service. Also, what's the point of issuing birthday vouchers if it cannot be redeemed.
