I became a top tv pre paid customer about 2 month ago and when my decoder was activated I purchased my first voucher . then on the 28th October I purchased a 15 day variety voucher at 12 midday and received a sms from top tv a half hour later thanking me for recharging but when I got home my decoder was still blocked. I then called top tv that evening and logged a complaint and according to the agent they could not see my purchase/ payment. I was then asked to forward proof of purchase which I did and eventually midday the next day (29th) my decoder was connected. On Monday evening (4th November) I was laying watching tv when suddenly my decoder went off and showed channels are blocked, this only after 7 days viewing from a 15 day voucher. Mt initial reaction was that it was temporary because of the switch to star sat but when I got home last night it was still off. I logged a call to top tv and to date (7th) it is still off. This is utter nonsense because ive paid for my channels
