My toptv was deactivated in 2011. On Saturday 14th Dec I spoke to a consultant and she assured me that it will b activated once again, I chose the variety package. On Monday I went to pep stores and bought d R109 variety prepaid voucher, I topped it up, but my TopTv was nt connected, I have been calling in since Monday, I was told to disconnect my decoder, I did, then I was told my dish might be faulty, then I called in an installer on Thursday, he checked it, even connected d dish to what looked like a mini TV for installers to check for signal, and it workd. So he tried conncting it to d decoder again, bt its nt wrkn. Wen I Called, one consultnt asked me to press d 'menu' button and d 'right arrow button' together, I did and It took me to d 'frst time instl' screen, she sd to choose d Sirius 5 bss35, I did, bt still no signal. D instller has cleared d dish and d decoder as not faulty, he sd however TopTv mst reconnect d decoder from their side, I called in again, and one consultant said TopTv has been experiencing tec prbs. Um joining DSTV. Ur consultants can't handle queries, they nt trained, and they can't handle technical queries. Very disappointed and I used to love TopTv
