I recently took over the TopTV decoder from my parents who were so dissatisfied that they got DSTV instead. I went the pay as you go route to try it out. I was initially suprised at R349 I got the full package while ta TopTV. After a month of having it we were hooked on just 1 channel, TLC. Now I hear that TLC is no longer available so I did not get another voucher. I had access to the free to air channels which was fine by me, but, now nothing works?
Tried to call them and all you get on all the options is the same recording of a woman advising you on how to reset your decoder?
If I did get another voucher, I still would not be able to load it as you cant proceed any further than that annoying recording?
They say you get what you pay for so I guess in hind sight DSTV is not so bad after all?
