Our viewing keeps getting interrupted

2 or 3 weeks ago our viewing was interrupted and after spending half an hour on the line with Multichoice call centre agent, they were still unable to assist us in resolving the error that was being displayed via our decoder. They then requested us to take the decoder in to best tested, which we did, and it was fine. We then reconnected the decoder and our viewing returned to normal. Yesterday our viewing was interrupted again. We were watching a supersport channel and all of a sudden we could not change channels. We tried to reset the decoder by means of the reset button. When the decoder came on again it stayed on the loading screen and did not move any further. We cannot keep calling Multichoice every 2-3 weeks when this happens. The phone calls are very expensive on top of our monthly subscription which we are paying and on top of that we are paying for something that we cannot currently use.
