Account in credit yet unable to view any channels

Ever since Top TV became Star Sat I have had trouble with the signal. My account is several months in credit yet I am unable to view any channels for which I have paid. This has been an ongoing issue since the beginning of December. I have logged calls (550426439) and now they say I must buy a new Star Sat decoder. I refuse to buy a new decoder just because TopTV changed ownership/management. If any new decoder is going to be purchased it will be a DSTV decoder. TopTV/StarSat do not deliver any service and are certainly not helpful in any way!!
