Not understanding or helping me

Again I will explain this after 3 phone calls ; I have 2 decoders on my name. 1 decoder is where I live NOW currently 000005193289, the other decoder is where I used to have a relationship that no longer exists. The decoder where I LIVE NOW was switched on FRIDAY last week after it has not been in use by me for a while. First there was an issue with TOPTV not being able to see the payment, so after about 2 hours and MANY phone calls to TOPTV on my account... the decoder was switched on. Now this morning... 6 days later.. NO TV!! Decoder is off. Due to the fact that the payment that I made.. was diverted to the OTHER DECODER NOT IN MY POSSESSION. I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON THAT HAS THE OTHER DECODER. I phoned customer service at TOPTV and they indicated that I should do a change of ownership.. Well, this ex of mine is not cooperating in the matter of getting her ID and proof of address sent to me. STILL NO TV on my side after I PAID! I NEED THE OTHER DECODER NOT IN MY POSSESSION REMOVED FROM MY NAME AND I NEED TO HAVE THE DECODER THAT IS AT MY ADDRESS OF RESIDENCE SWITCHED ON A.S.AP.!!! Issues with this transaction from the first minute!!! Bad!!!
