I wanted to activate my smart card but before I could do that i was told to pay in almost 700 rand. I did not have a problem because I had someone at my house installing my dish. After making payment I was told my smart card was faulty. Why could the lady helping me first, not tell me this before telling my I should pay?
I'm extremely upset with the way this matter was handled. I request a refund in the full, no later than this week Friday. I have decided to no longer use your service and I will make sure my family and friends will stop using your services.
I'm not going to waste my time and petrol to replace my smart card after I already paid for a service that I am being denied.
