Poor Service

I made payment for a decoder on the 20.01.2014. I was called on the 22.01.2014 to say they received payment and i will be getting my decoder on the 24.01.2014 or the 27.01.2014 (He even confirmed my address). I left someone at home to collect the decoder instead of them working. I decoder did not arrive. I called in on the 28.01.2014 and was told that they did not receive my payment. I demanded my decoder be delivered on the 29.01.2014 or i would complain. I did not receive my decoder. I did not complain as i decided to give you'll a day's grace. I have still not received my decoder and am being told that it will come in on Monday (02.02.2014).
This is poor service, especially from a company who is trying to gain market share.
