PARK & RIDE TICKETS (NO RE-PRINT)

I was involved in a smash and grab on the evening of Friday 19 April 2013. A single woman driving alone in bad pouring weather, stopped at a red traffic light next to a taxi, within a second my passenger window was smashed, and my handbag with all my personal items (ID Book, Drivers Licence, Banking cards, Computicket Park & Ride tickets... and more) ALL GONE. I went to the closest Computicket office to inform them of the situation and asked for a re-print of my Park & Ride tickets, I was told to send an e-mail together with my Ref No: 3MPG55A - Case No: 256/4/2013 - Copy of ID - and an Affidavit stating what had happened, and was told that Computicket would gladly help me. I sent an e-mail together with all requested documentation with no call back from the said address or person... I then called the customer care line and was given another e-mail address, which I forwarded my mail to. I later received a call only to be told that Computicket will not re-print the Park & Ride tickets for me, that they only re-print tickets for events? I was told I have to buy new tickets for Park & Ride. This is ridiculous, and I would like a full refund.
