So this is my story... I bought tickets for the Durban July and happened to leave them in Johannesburg. I do understand that I left the tickets but as a company that sells millions of tickets can they not re-print two tickets?? They take your, identity number, your full name and your card details. What is the point in giving out all this information if you can't re-print the tickets you purchased. So I called them up, they are helpful in all aspects but in the one you want. ACTUAL SERVICE!! Key points I took from my conversation with Retail Sales: 1. They understand your problem. 2. They won't resolve it. 3. The tickets you buy has your Full name on it but it serves no purpose. 4. They will ask for all the same information but in the end they will not resolve your issue. I was willing to pay a % to print out my tickets again. All in all I had to purchase tickets again. One more thing, anyone can you use your tickets, meaning there is a contingency for! I mean the hobo on the street will tell you to buy some software so that each ticket is unique to the person that buys/uses them. My goal is to get my money back or create bad publicity. Viral is the Internet term :)
