I rent a townhouse from Incredible Homes in November 2012. On occupation, Incredible compiled a list of 15 problems and items that require maintenance in the unit. They "missed" 24 items other maintenance issues, like a broken window in the living room. During November 2012, Garth attended to 2 of the 15 problems on their suggested maintenance list, but could not fix a leaking toilet. During one of Garth's visits he removed () a kitchen top from the unit. In January toilet water was still running down the corridor of the unit and I refused to pay rent until fixed. A plumber then fixed the toilet. In February 2013, I informed Incredible that until the maintenance agreed upon was completed and the kitchen top removed was returned, I hold the month's rent back. Incredible refused to do the maintenance work and threatened me to be black listed via TPN. I contacted TPN and asked to act as a mediator in the matter. Incredible then dropped the black listing thread and rather opted to cancel the lease agreement. So instead of returning the kitchen top, repairing the broken window and a few other maintenance tasks, Incredible Homes would rather threaten and victimize a tenant.
