We rented from Van Aswegen Estates. Hardly moved in when we had a break in at 3.30 in the morning. We have asked numerous times for the alarm system to be sorted out which did not happen at all. When our contract expired I phoned and informed them that we had no written contract between us and we were looking for another place to stay as the Estate Agent failed to fix the Electric Fence due to non payment of the Electric Fence contractor who came out and informed us that he was never paid. We found a new home and I phoned Mienki and we are moving out at the end of the month. She informed me that I had to give a full calendar months notice in which I replied that I only found the new accommodation in the first week of September and still had to show my Husband, which took two days and approval from the other estate agency took another three days. I then said to her that I will keep the keys should I loose my deposit and she informed me to rather hand back the keys so that we could sort this out in a proper manner. We asked them numerous times to fix the facia boards, paint the house. Nothing has been done. Anton the So called "principal" is RUDE and their motto is HONEST
