NO REPAIR SUPPORT FOR KINDLES

I purchased 2 Kindle Touch's on the 10/09/2012. Both units have not been used. Both units were virtually unused and still have the plastic screen protectors.

When we eventually started using the devices we realised that one had stopped functioning.

We visited Incredible connection in Sandton, I was informed that the device was a few weeks out of warranty. Incredible indicated that they CANNOT PROVIDE ANY BACKUP REPAIR SUPPORT FOR KINDLES.

INCREDIBLE IS SUPPLYING GOODS WITH THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT THEY OFFER REPAIR SERVICES FOR THEIR PRODUCTS.

As a consumer, I feel that I have been sold a faulty and defective device that failed shortly after the warranty expired, forcing me replace the unit.

I am concerned that there is no back up service offered by Incredible connection or its suppliers.
I am concerned not only about this unit, but also all the other computer equipment I purchased from Incredible. How many other devices will have no service backup.
