Very bad Mannagement

On January 2nd 2013 Isaac Kwofie my brother and I Elizabeth Swaray looked at a flat on Gerrit Maritz street (Central Park) flat 108, the flat needed major electrical work in the second bedroom, the balcony, the bathroom has no window and the ventilator or fan was not working, the oven was not working, three out the four plates on the stove were not working, the kitchen cabinet doors were broken, the master bedroom closet doors were broken, the toilet was broken (anytime I flush it, it will over flow) roaches were covered were all over the kitchen and bathroom. The agent Linky promise us to just move in and with in two weeks she was going to fix all those problems since everybody was still on holidays. January 31st 2013 nothing was done and I went to the office and Ruth the Maintenance Manager told me that the Landlord wasn't going to fix anything in the apartment anymore. I started doing the repairs and send a copy to the office and up till now I have not be refunded yet I pay my rent in full.
