Pathetic maintenance and poor service delivery and arrogance security service since I moved into block 6 unit 5. Everything broken in the house, my stoveplates didn't work for 2 weeks, althou my rent is paid on time. I am so sick and tired of excuses upon excuses and think to really get my lawyers to sort this matter out as it is really frustrating. Everything leaks in the house when it rains and cockroaches and tiny insects from the basin and bathtub. leaks in the wallz and water stains, no in house inspection or maintenance wat so ever. I don't advise anyone who lives here to pay their rent if they live here and are having the same problem as I am. Its disgusting and pathetic if u ask me as a tenant, the loft windows are infested with spider webz and when asked to clean, the answer is always, tomorrow, bt 5 months has passed.
