Myself, wife and 3 year old daughter have moved in to a property managed by Status mark (Rent-A -Property), the complex is named Bordeaux. Upon moving in there were maintenance issues such as broken windows, cracked tiles, faulty light fittings etc. the list goes on, never the less they advised that they will take care of the maintenance issues. since the 25th of September 2012, after two incident logged with the agency Status mark (Rent-A -Property), there has been nothing done to assist. The "Owner" came around to have a look and left with out any words coming out of his mouth as to what will be done. there is an infestation of mice and pigeon's . nothing get done about it . and the contract forces one to stay there until the lease is over.which i can not wait for. Guys watch out for Status mark (Rent-A -Property), there are allot of unhappy people out there living with the burden of this agency
