I am appalled by the service of this agency! I have asked many times for maintenance to be done through their maintenance report on their website but have had no response. I have emailed Caren and then Charmaine and Poppie but not one of these people have had the decency to reply to my emails. They are quick to take money from people but when it comes to maintenance they ignore you! They should remove the slogan under their name "We look after your property as if it is our own" - they definitely do not keep to their word! When we moved into our flat 3 months ago I asked Caren if they would paint the bathroom, kitchen and toilet as the paint is peeling badly - it looks disgusting! She said that she would speak to the owner and let me know. Until now I have not heard a word from her about this. I am too ashamed to invite friends or family over! The only plug in my bedroom was in a poor condition when we moved in and now it is not working at all. We also do not have a pelmet in our kitchen so we can't hang a curtain. All I asked is for them to attend to these 2 simple maintenance requests but they don't even respond! I am now sorry I ever rented through this agency!
