I bought a 7"Stylus Etab from Incredible Connection at Mall@Carnival on 9 March 2013, on 12 August 2013 the touch screen just froze and I took it back the following day, the technician there checked the unit and said the touch screen unit is broken, although it still switched on you cannot move the screen side to side, on 03 September 2013 I got back the unit with a report: R.N.R - UNIT BADLY TAMPERED WITH! CABLE CUT OFF AND LOOSE INSIDE UNIT. I phoned STYLCO VISIONARY EXCELLENCE, the technician there said to me when they opened the unit they saw the tampering and wire that was cut, where that happened I do not know as I handed it to Incredible Connection's technicians and the screen was even on as you could not even switch off the unit, after charging the unit it does not even want to switch on anymore and the volume button are stuck aswell, noboby now know where and when the unit was tampered at and the wire cut
