I purchased a Samsung Laptop form Incredible Connection at the end of July 2013 that started giving endless problems. Samsung did not deliver the service they promise regarding their so called "3 years on site warranty"
I contacted Incredible Connection and they took very decisive decision IMMEDIATELY and refunded me for my Samsung. I was able to purchase an new laptop. I am now convinced that the "Incredible" in their company's name was not by pure chance.
