Despite charging considerably higher fees than most other agents in our area, the service we received from Just Letting George was appalling. When our tenants demanded a week's refund for small defects previously not indicated in the inspection report (some of which turned out to not even be so), the agent made no effort to protect our rights. She didn't reply to emails, never sent me copies of our contract or report as requested numerous times and seemed more interested in protecting the tenant (long time customers) than us. We got no support, no advice and eventually had to accept that staying with Just Letting and those tenants would be an endless battle with no one on the side of fairness. We accepted their cancellation (Just Letting claims we cancelled despite an email stating emphatically that we didn't want to), lost two month's rent and now have to resort to suing the tenant for monies owed to us even though Just Letting has failed to show where we were in breech of contract. We have given up trying to get answers from them and have listed with someone else.
