We had a year lease contract with Just Letting at the end of our contract we gave notice and we paid our rent for the last month. We moved out on the 1st of August 2013. Just Letting used our deposit money to pay for the water and lights account. The balance we got back. They did not see to it that the new tenant connect the electricity on their name and so they are currently running an electricity bill on our name. We have paid our part of the electricity that was due to us but the new tenants have not paid. We want to claim our deposit money back from the City of Tshwane but can not do that before they have paid the full account and disconnect and reconnect again. We have written numerous emails to Just Letting which they always tell us that the new tenant is paying but up until today he has not paid
