I've recently applied for the flat to rent. I saw an ad. on Property 24 on the 10/12/2013 for flat to rent. I sent an email to the agent informing her that I would like to view the apartment. Donna-lee contacted me, informing me that the viewing will be @ 13h00 the following day. I went to view the place as per arrangement. We were about 20 people who came to view the place. She was very friendly assisting everyone & answering the questions. she distributed the forms to everyone that was interested. I went back to my office & fill in the forms & submitted the necessary documents as requested. Following day when I opened my emails I found out that she has acknowledge my email & will let me know of the outcome. On Friday she phoned to confirm whether I was still interested on that apartment as she wanted to submit my request to the owner of that apartment. Later that day she phoned me to tell me that I got the place & told me of the date that it will be available. I paid the monies due. On the day that she came to give me the keys she was on time again & we went through the checking list. She was very polite & professional. She must keep up the good work. WHAT AN EXCELLENT SERVI
