End of september the tenant didn't pay the rent in full. Just Letting took their admin fee.so Just Letting owes me R2000 end of september.
Normally my rent is in by the 26-27 of each month... but this month there was nothing paid into my account .so end of October the 31st I decided to withdraw my property since Just Letting can't manage my property.
I asked the agent to give my tenants notice and told her they don't need to look for other tenants since they can't manage my property or get me my rent.
1st of November I went to Just Letting and took the matter up with the MAnager.
I then asked her- what must I do- Will I get my rent this month... I had to make plans last month and this month that my debit orders don't bounce.
Her response was I can't do anything to the tenants if I don't get my rent I must just accept it."since the rental business is not for sissies".
Is this professional conduct?
I pay Just Letting almost R700 admin fee each month but they protect the tenant and not me the owner that pay them each month?
I WANT MY RENT!!! and just tell the awesome Kimberley branch manager to wake up and give me some service and not from me...
