In spite of numerous requests the above letting agency have failed to collect rent from tenants thet are now entering the third month of not-payment of their rent. I have e-mail/ bank-statements to confirm this statement. The tenants are sending continuous e-mails promising payments and National Letting engages in this ongoing promises/discussion with the tenants.
I have paid National Letting more than R10, 000.00 up to date to manage my property.
