We signed a contract with Just letting and in that contract there is a payment protection. Ha ha ha and no money was been paid into my account for January rent its almost time for February rent. We need to contact just letting to find out whats going on, Finder fees is been charged. FOR WHAT??? the tenant was in breach not us. I phoned how many times and still till today I don't received a proper answer very unhappy!!! When we contacted the tenant there was been said they don't have a contract with just letting because just letting gave my flat to them to borrow for a month till just letting can find a new property that will suit they budget... Not accepting!!!
If you guarantee rental why does we struggle so much I read all the complaints and all of them are over and over the same thing??? Please can you come back to me so we can now were we are standing with JUST LETTING!!! Must we manage our own property or maybe getting someone else thats willing to help.
