I am still awaiting response from Pieter regarding monies suppose to be paid to me by Just Letting.
I have sent numerous emails etc and still no feedback, they did an out inspection on my property and yet there was a water pipe leaking which has cost me now because I have a new tenant in and this was suppose to be covered by Just letting/old tenant. I am hearing different stories upon my utilities account to be paid, the tenant deposit should deduct all this monies instead of me, Just letting takes there money every month on time and yet its a problem and mission to fight for your own money! its ridiculous that know one shows empathy.
Maybe after this complaint, will I get a reply if I am lucky!
