Please be aware that City of Johannesburg Municipality can take 3 years or more for a change of ownership to take place. Then once that is done, please do expect 1 year or more after change of ownership for you to receive a statement by post or by email.
Their postal system is just as sloppy as their service and employees and their servers are always down and slow.
When will have have a change of municipality?? We surely need that for efficient service!!!
No wonder there is a backlog in their system... poor working employees result in poor service unfortunately
