MIS-ALLOCATION OF FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT

I made a mistake and missed one number of the reference when making a deposiy at the bank to credit my cipc account, i called the call center and explained to them what happened and a lady adviced me to send a certified copy of my identity documeny, a letter explaining the problem and copy of the deposit slip, i sent them bt my account wasnt updated.t then called again and i spoke to lady by the surname of classen and she asked me to forrward the email i sent to her email [Email Removed] and she said she will forward it to the finance department and i did bt still no response i then called in again and spoke to some guy ddnt get his name... he also asked me to forward the email to his email address too i didnt and he told taht tht my account will be updated during the caorse of that day and it was on monday... the deposit was made on the 30 of January 2013 and i have been struggling to get the problem fixed since then
