I applied for a birth certificate ratification on 17 September 2012, i was advised that it would take 3 - 6 months, 9 months later i escalated my complaint and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Stanley Ngomane, he kept me updated on progress reassuring me that he is busy with it, what took 9 months for home affairs branch level office took him 2 weeks to rectify! i'm very happy with his service and attitude and if all public servants can serve the public that way you will have happy customer. All they need to do is keep the clients updated all the time, even if it's once a week.
