On Monday 24/06 I went to SARS in Krugersdorp to change my bank details after I called the call centre on Tuesday 04/06 and was informed I can change my bank details on efilling and will then after 14 days receive a mail to submit my supporting documents (as expected this did not happen) I went in on Monday with all the documentation as requested on the website after waiting 30 min I was assisted at counter 17 by an old lady after informing her I called and already changed my details on efilling and I want to submit my documents I was told this is very strange as I 'm not allowed to do that after a clear attitude she made me complete a for and started updating my details when the supervisor came to check the paper work suddenly my bank letter is wrong after the old lady checked everything and did not pick up this problem now suddenly she is very shocked and surprised when the supervisor informed me it's wrong now she is acting like it's the first time she has ever in her life seen a FNB letter from the bank without any expression on her face she just pushed my papers back to me and said sorry you will have to come back!!! clearly not competent to assist clients
