On the 29/08/2013 I went to the Alberton SARS offices to change my bank details, the consultant then took the relevant documents from me in order to update my banking details and also a supervisor came to validate my new banking details. The consultant then advised me that my details have been successfully updated and also gave me a form to sign advising that the update was done. I asked the consultant whether the return will go into my old account or the new account and she advised me that the return status was ''in process' HOWEVER she then advised me that the return that I got for 2013 will HOWEVER go into my new account details as long as I can wait another 48 hours, I said yes that will be fine. The following day the returns went into my old account details and when I called the SARS call centre I spoke to Kedibone and explained the entire situation to her and also told her that this was no fault of mine that it went into the old account details as the consultant told me that it would go to the new account and just to get told by Kedibone that there was nothing that SARS could do. The same thing happened with my 2012 returns that went into the old acc. I want a SOLUTION ASAP!
