When i called SARS to help me with my Tax certificate, not only was the man so rude! but he told me that i needed to change my banking details at a SARS branch and i could not do it on my tax forms
wrong info!!! so now i have to go to a SARS branch to change my details when initially i could have done it online. so annoyed!!!
