I applied on the 8th Feb for unabridged birth certificates for my husband and 2 of my children to apply for travel documents. My husbands was back within a week - seriously impressive! On the 23rd May I received a text saying they have no records for my 2 children and to complete DHA forms. I did this and when I phoned today was told they have no record of having the newly completed forms so please could I go back and fill them in again!!! I have to travel 80km each time to my local office. Who can I contact I am at my wits end... does anyone there know what is going on?
I must add that my local branch are superb and told me how embarrassed they are at the incompetence of the main office! :0
