I have been contacting link market to Update my current details. I have taken off from work twice in order to get the documentation they require. When I sent the first set of documents I was told to submit I then had to call them again to find out if they received it and then only I got assisted and was told that no the documents are not sufficient yet they advised me to send those specific documents. I then requested to speak to the supervisor and was told no she/he is busy they will accept my documentation I must please just send the additional bank statement and confirmation of account. I asked if I would be contacted after sending this but to no surprise I had to call them again today to find out what the status is for updating my details. I then got through to another consultant which then told me no the documents are not sufficient and won't be accepted, I then got extremely annoyed because how many people do I have to deal with and get different information from.this means I have to take off from work a 3rd time just to get my details updated Oh and then while being clearly irritated the consultant Bianca was clearly rude enough and put the phone down while I was on the line
