Voucher homemark

I have a problem about the homemark voucher you have given to me. I try so many times to get to contact homemark but they didn't answer there phones it Ben 3 day now and send the emails to them.. The other thing I also contacted vodacom about it but they didn't help me now I confused what must I do please help me
