Homemark

My name is Martha Budzwa (5808260891081 cell 0827031695) i have a problem homemark has been deducting money from my account and i did not buy anything from them. they deducted R1199.99 from my account on the 12 december 2012. and i went to the bank as i did what the deduction was for and they made a follow up and told me its homemark. and i called them they just told me they have a delivery for me and i told them i did not order anything i want my money back and i was told i will get my refund even now nothing. and on the 23 january 2013 another deduction of R2999.00 went through called homemark they told me about the delivery again i told them i did not order and i have not receive the refund for the previous deduction. they said they will get back to me i am still waiting till today. i am frustrated as the money is for my son's school registration please assist. homemark contact details: 0114306005/0114446000 homemark 39 commerce crescent eastgate ext sandton 2148
