I have settled my Vodacom account in July 2022 already, but still my account appears in arreas in ITC. I have been calling and sending emails to Vodacom, but I can't get any help. Instead, I get replies from their answering machine that my query has been transferred to the relevant department and a consultant will attend me but till now, nothing happened. Their Legal department which is VVM have even given me a settlement letter but still my account appears negatively (IN ARREAS) in ITC.
