Firstly, I looked all over KZN for the Homemark "CoZee". It seems most Homemark stores have closed down even though the website still lists them under the store locator. Upon finding the Homemark shelves in Game in Pavillion, Gateway and Liberty Mall - the sales people there all told me that they were out of stock of the CoZee and that it would be arriving in the next 2 days. This was a lie. The CoZee's never arrived. Eventually, after much frustration - it took a VERIMARK sales person to inform me that Homemark no longer keeps the CoZee on the shelves as it is a winter product. Do your staff get trained?

Eventually, I had to resort to "buying" the product online. R354, 95 was debited from my account on 24 Dec 2013. I got an email from Homemark verifying this and that was the extent of the correspondence. Two weeks later, I haven't received any email regarding the status of my order (as the Homemark website promises) and cannot track my parcel as the website of "The Courier Guy" who Homemark claims does their deliveries, does not, in fact, seem to have a Homemark login as their website says it does. Another lie.
