I bought a cell phone on contract from FNB in February 2013 and this phone has been giving me problems since. So i called FNB of which the consultant referred me to brightpoint . i have been calling this number and nobody picks up the phone. I called fNB and they told me that they is nothing they can do to help me. The only pathway is to call brightpoint. Up to now i, m just sitting with my dead Blackberry Phone. Please help.
