I upgraded my phone almost 4 weeks ago, for the Galaxy Pocket with the Samsung TV deal. MTN told me that Brightpoint would get hold of me, and delivery of the TV takes 2 weeks. It is almost 4 weeks. The number that Brightpoint sent me doesnt work, I can never get through. MTN dont even bother to follow up to see if I have received this TV, that is part of THEIR deal. They dont care about making customers happy! how many chances must I give MTN?? And they keep letting me down??? Sort this out today, I want my TV by tomorrow morning, Im sick of this lack of service from MTN.
