NOT EVEN AN ANSWER

A lot of excitement as i have ordered my new phone... Received a sms that my phone is with couriers. I now want to phone them and get a track and trace number... I have been trying to get hold of Brightpoint for two days now. Have placed over 50 calls and no answer from them. Are you a business at all??? Do you even have your phone plugged in??? How can you deliver a service with this incompetence??? Why does FNB allow you to do courier work for them??? Why do i pay R150 for you to deliver my phone if you cant pick up yours??? Will you ever respond to this complaint (the recent forum trend suggests you wont and don't even care)??? Do you have any other contact details available to the public or even your client FNB???
