Damaged goods and passing the buck

I bought my 1st car on 7/12/12 on receipt of the vehicle i noticed a few things which should be changed and immediately brought it to the attention of the salesman, who assured me that if i came back the following week he will have everything 'sorted out'. when i went he told me the guy whose supposed to clean my car has left for the day. this is at 10am? i went the following day at 8 am, i was told that the guy is not available, he was hit off a bike in an accident, then i was told to come back after the festive season. i then contacted his manger Mr Buck, who said he will hand this over as he was going on leave the following day. he handed over to Thomas who never ever called me. when i called thomas he told me that he cannot help me as he knows nothing about the problems on my vehicle. i asked him to get Mr Buck to call me on the 25/01/13 when he gets back form his leave. i am still waiting for a call. my car has a smooth tyre. a license disk expiring next month, mouldy car seats, my back light has an opening so water gets in, my mats have holes, the car was missing a back shelf. the sales man told me not to worry he will make a plan for all these things. got myself a lawye
